Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent IT roles
- Handle multiple requisitions across India, US, and APAC markets
- Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates within defined timelines
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business objectives
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
- Ensure strong communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Utilize ATS platforms such as Workday to manage pipelines and hiring workflows
- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices across India, US, and APAC
- Adapt quickly to new technologies, regions, and evolving hiring demands
