Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manesar for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The professional will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill organizational requirements. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, forming strong talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing recruitment metrics and optimizing strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and collaboration with hiring managers
• Understanding of recruitment strategies, employment marketing, and candidate experience optimization
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and ensure deadlines are met
• Analytical skills for measuring recruitment performance and improving processes
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food production industry or a related sector is a plus
