Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand the hiring needs and requirements for different regions.
- Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes to identify potential candidates aligned with the sales team's requirements.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.
- Engage in salary negotiations with selected candidates, while adhering to company guidelines and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress in the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for successfully hired candidates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by providing insights, suggestions, and innovative ideas.
- Assist in strategizing and executing initiatives to expand the sales team and attract top-tier talent.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related domains. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using various job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to candidate management and documentation.
