Job Description

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, vendor management, and sourcing across multiple domains. The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to MSP/VMS platforms such as Reflik, BountyJobs, Hirify, and other open marketplace staffing systems. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment for US clients. Key Responsibilities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.

Work extensively with open MSP/VMS platforms such as Reflik, Bounty Jobs, Hirify, and similar systems for job intake, submission, and candidate management.

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social platforms (LinkedIn), internal databases, and networking channels.

Work on multiple domains including IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, or other client-specific requirements.

Engage with candidates across various skill sets, ensuring alignment with job requirements and client expectations.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads for timely submissions and effective candidate pipelines.

Negotiate pay rates (W2/1099/C2C) and ensure compliance with US hiring standards.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the company's ATS or recruitment tracking systems.

Meet daily/weekly submission targets and performance metrics. Build long-term relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of US staffing experience (IT or Non-IT).

Proven experience using MSP/VMS recruitment platforms like Reflik, BountyJobs, Hirify, etc.

Strong understanding of US work visas (USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Ability to source and screen candidates for a wide range of domains.

Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Flexibility to work US shift timings. Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.

Knowledge of ATS tools such as Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, or similar.

Multi-role sourcing capability across IT and Non-IT job functions.

Strong analytical and research skills.
