You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both Service and Product-based roles, from sourcing and pre-screening to offer management and onboarding, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Your Hiring Journey at Optisol (What You'll Do)

  • Understand the Requirement & Market

Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team needs, and timelines. Analyze market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to provide actionable insights that drive faster, smarter hiring decisions.

  • Source & Attract Top Talent

Build strong, diverse talent pipelines across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, Indeed, referrals, and creative sourcing methods. Pitch Optisol as an employer of choice to attract high-quality candidates for both Service and Product roles.

  • Screen, Assess & Shortlist

Evaluate candidates thoroughly for technical and functional fit, cultural alignment, and career intent. Ensure only the best-matched profiles reach stakeholders, creating a strong candidate experience.

  • Coordinate & Drive Interviews

Manage the interview process end-to-end from scheduling and panel coordination to timely follow-ups ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and interviewers alike.

  • Close Offers & Drive Onboarding

Lead package negotiations with confidence and transparency. Release offers and keep candidates engaged until successful onboarding, maintaining a healthy offer-to-join ratio.

  • Manage Vendors & External Partners

Work closely with recruitment vendors and consultants to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Build a reliable vendor ecosystem aligned with Optisol's hiring needs and standards.

  • Optimize Hiring Through Process & Technology

Continuously improve recruitment processes. Leverage ATS tools and, where applicable, GenAI solutions for sourcing, screening, communication, and analytics to maximize efficiency.

  • Track Metrics & Share Insights

Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer-to-join trends. Use insights to enhance hiring quality and candidate experience continuously.

  • Employer Branding Initiatives

Drive Optisol's employer brand across all talent touchpoints by promoting the company as a top-choice employer, highlighting culture and growth opportunities, collaborating on engaging campaigns, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What You Bring

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong exposure to Service & Product hiring
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools in recruitment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
