Now100 is seeking a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for technical positions primarily supporting the US region. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams and senior leadership to meet growing customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefing, and closing candidates for technical roles
- Partner with account executives to understand job requirements and draft accurate job descriptions
- Build and maintain a robust candidate database for current and future hiring needs
- Handle proactive hiring and respond promptly to recruitment opportunities
- Post job listings on various job boards, social media, and corporate career sites
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Conduct detailed phone screens and clearly communicate job expectations to candidates
- Verify professional references and coordinate background checks
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation packages with candidates
- Regularly check in with placed resources to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Advise candidates on assignment issues, provide feedback, and discuss performance plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in IT Talent Augmentation
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time
- Experience hiring W2, 1099, and C2C candidates
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and visa regulations
- Excellent sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other innovative techniques
- Proven ability to build and execute recruitment plans, delivering results under tight deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
