About the Role:

As a People & Culture Associate / Senior Associate, you'll be the driving force behind building Novatr's high-performing teams. You'll own the end-to-end hiring journey and experience, from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing roles at speed and scale. Your ability to spot potential, build strong pipelines, and create a standout candidate experience will directly fuel our growth.

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll turn evolving requirements into smart hiring strategies, experiment with creative sourcing approaches, and keep the momentum high on all open roles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and engage top talent across various roles to fuel Novatr's rapid growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and leverage various platforms to find hidden gems in the talent pool.
  • Nurture candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from application to offer.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all new hires from offer acceptance to induction.
  • Support key People Operations processes, contributing to employee lifecycle management and overall team experience.
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets, especially for bulk hiring.
  • Keep up with industry trends and continuously refine your recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain regular updates and transparent communication with the business.
  • Optimize all available hiring channels to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure visibility and transparency in all your activities and progress.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an EdTech or startup environment, with a strong track record of hiring at scale.
  • A go-getter attitude with high ownership and a bias for action.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improve processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you know how to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly understand role requirements, adapt hiring strategies, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to onboarding and induction processes, with a focus on creating a seamless new joiner experience.
  • Understanding of core People Operations processes and employee lifecycle management is a plus.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Positive energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
