About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) to join the Leap Scholar team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilitie
- sImplement and manage effective hiring and selection processe
- sDrive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendor
- sManage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboardin
- gConduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessment
- sCoordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experienc
eIdeal Candidate Profil
- e1-4 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitmen
- tExcellent communication and interpersonal skill
- sStrong organizational abilities with high attention to detai
