Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveTalent Acquisition Specialistwith1-3 years of experiencein end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from various job portals, includingNaukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for company job vacancies.
- Organize and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks across industries
- Partner closely with Founders, CXOs, and other stakeholders.
- Drive reference-based and network-driven hiring
- Maintain and update the candidate database usingZoho Recruitand resume databases.
- Generate leads for potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
- Demonstratestrong communication skillsto effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding ofsourcing techniquesand recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity withjob portals(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs) andresume databases.
- Hands-on experience withZoho Recruitor similar ATS software.
- Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in lead generationis a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
