Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveTalent Acquisition Specialistwith1-3 years of experiencein end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from various job portals, includingNaukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for company job vacancies.
  • Organize and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks across industries
  • Partner closely with Founders, CXOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive reference-based and network-driven hiring
  • Maintain and update the candidate database usingZoho Recruitand resume databases.
  • Generate leads for potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstratestrong communication skillsto effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding ofsourcing techniquesand recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity withjob portals(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Wellfound, IIMJobs) andresume databases.
  • Hands-on experience withZoho Recruitor similar ATS software.
  • Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in lead generationis a plus.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
