Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support offer rollout and onboarding processes
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
Good to Have
- Internship or project experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of IT hiring (preferred)
