Key responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning:Work with management to identify future staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Sourcing Candidates:Use various methods to find and attract qualified candidates, such as online ads, social media, and professional networking.
• Screening and Interviewing:Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they are a good fit for the role and company culture.
• Candidate Experience:Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Hiring and Onboarding:Manage the offer process and coordinate with HR to complete all necessary paperwork and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
