Software Tester

Job Description:

• Test Planning: Understand project requirements and prepare test plans and test cases accordingly.
• Manual Testing: Execute test cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Bug Identification: Detect, document, and report software defects or issues in a clear and detailed manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Test Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Automation Support: Assist in the development and execution of automated test scripts (if applicable).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the software meets functional and performance requirements before release.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance software quality and testing efficiency.
