About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our HR team.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
. Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
. Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
. Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (if required)

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
. Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred)
