Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent using multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other relevant sources.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify and filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Manage logistics for interview processes such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and virtual meeting setups.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to gather feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience.
