Maiz Mexican Kitchen is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can streamline hiring, build strong manpower pipelines, and ensure smooth staffing across our growing network of outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Kitchen Team Members, Service Crew, Delivery Executives, etc.)
• Manage sourcing through field recruitment, referrals, job portals, and local networks
• Handle walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and city-level manpower planning
• Improve hiring TAT, quality of candidates, and retention
• Coordinate with HR, Training, and Operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in blue-collar hiring (QSR / Retail experience preferred)
• Strong local sourcing network
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on, field-driven approach to hiring
