Key Skills:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across job boards, social media, and networking events
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes
- Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with focus on niche skill
- Prior hiring experience in Software Consulting companies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word
- Exceptional data management to maintain trackers and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and hiring practices
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
