Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements, feedback, and closures
Handle hiring for staff, plant roles, and contractual workforce
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
Support in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
