Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom applications in ServiceNow App Engine Studio using low-code, pro-code, and no-code principles
Build custom integrations using Integration Hub or manual integration methods
Work with UI Builder, Next Experience Workspaces, and scoped applications
Create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for business users
Develop base templates suitable for rollout and standardization
Create table entities and load foundational data
Utilize Flow Designer for process automation and advanced topics such as AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI usage
Prepare test cases, test plans, and collaborate with business teams and BAs for testing and validation
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and maintain documentation
Obtain and maintain relevant CIS certifications and micro-certifications in ServiceNow
