Job Description

Kroll leadership relies heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the Talent Acquisition Team, looking to those professionals to recruit and assist in selection of the firm's employees. As part of a global established team, you will be responsible for recruiting professionals in the United States. We are looking for someone who enjoys being busy, has plenty of initiative, is collaborative, and relishes a challenge.

We are looking for a Specialist, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition, to join our team, in Hyderabad who will focus primarily on recruiting in India and Philippines. The Senior Associate will focus the majority of their recruiting efforts on hiring experienced talent into the firm.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Engage talent: Identify the right people, get them engaged, and lead the candidate experience through the full hiring process
  • Build strategic relationships with hiring teams: We are a global and forward-thinking team which means you will work with a variety of roles both technical and commercial. You will craft and enhance a consistent and outstanding candidate experience
  • Source high quality candidates: You will leverage all talent acquisition channels networking, events, headhunting, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, etc. This may include targeted recruiting efforts for specific teams.
  • Lead candidate searches: With a strong lens on diversity and inclusion, be a trusted resource for how critical inclusive talent strategies are to truly finding the best candidate for the role and Kroll.
  • Champion and foster our hiring process: Provide a consistent experience with the Kroll recruiting team
  • Participate with the global recruiting team: Help develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies. Our distributed model means working with global teams and candidates, with the freedom to focus on the right candidate, regardless of location.
  • Be a passionate Kroll brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. Help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline
  • Act as a champion within the Talent Team to build the overall talent acquisition strategy and expand our employer brand
  • Attends technology industry networking events to build our talent pipeline
  • Work on projects as needed to improve the efficiency of the Kroll recruitment engine

Essential Traits

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience across a range of positions and teams, ideally from both and agency and corporate environment with experience hiring technical roles
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle. A passion for understanding what makes the right match for Kroll.
  • Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company. Maybe it's a software company and/or, better yet, even a company where talent isn't knocking down your door
  • Solid understanding of ATS tools (Oracle Recruiting Cloud are a bonus!) and recruiting technologies
  • Ability to effectively articulate the Kroll value proposition and story to candidates
