Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and strengthen our recruitment function. This role involves end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles and close coordination with internal stakeholders to attract and onboard high-quality talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, finalize job descriptions, and define selection criteria
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure role fit and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring dashboards
  • Support HR coordination activities related to recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 25 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within technology, engineering, infrastructure, or geospatial industries
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently and meet timelines

Preferred Experience

  • Prior hiring exposure to technical roles such as GIS specialists, survey engineers, UAV pilots, project managers, or similar profiles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
