Objective:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and non-IT roles. The role requires expertise in sourcing diverse talent pools, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to handle varied hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions (Junior to Mid/Senior levels).
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Drive timely closures with quality talent.
2. IT Hiring
- Handle hiring for roles such as Software Development, DBA, Data Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Product Management etc.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Social Media and tech communities.
- Assess candidates on technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit (in coordination with technical panels).
3. Non-IT Hiring
- Manage hiring for departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Online Business, Customer Service, and Support Functions.
- Build strong pipelines through job portals, referrals, vendor partners, and campus hiring.
4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for both niche (IT) and (Non-IT) hiring.
- Build and maintain ready talent pipelines for critical roles.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on expectations, timelines, and candidate quality.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
6. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including campus drives, social media hiring campaigns, and live projects.
7. Data & Process Excellence
- Track key metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance, and documentation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both IT & Non-IT hiring.
- Strong expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, etc.).
- Understanding of technical roles and hiring landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
