Job Description
Role: UK/ EU Recruiter
Location: Noida, Sector 63 (3days/week On-Site)
Job Type: Permanent
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in international, UK, or European recruitment (often specialized in IT/technical)
- Experience Working with IT Services Organisations
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring from analyzing job descriptions and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Navigate regional employment regulations, GDPR data privacy guidelines, right-to-work/visa requirements, and cross-border contract structures.
