- Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System).
- Communicating with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Learning and implementing new recruiting strategies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required, but internships in HR or recruitment will be an advantage.
