About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 24 years of experience in bulk hiring and freelance/on-demand recruitment. The role involves building and managing a global freelancer pool, ensuring timely closures for high-volume requirements, and driving scalable hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
- Build, maintain, and mobilize a strong freelancer talent pool.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with workforce needs.
- Maintain dashboards, databases, and reports to track hiring progress.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and engagement of freelancers.
Requirements
- 24 years of proven experience in bulk hiring/mass recruitment, preferably in freelance, gig, or on-demand models.
- Strong freelancer network and ability to build scalable pipelines.
- Proficiency in sourcing via portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Preferably based in or willing to work onsite at Noida, Sector 62.
