What will your role look like

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

We would like you to bring along

  • Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
  • Strong knowledge of software development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
  • Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Good-to-have skills

  • Experience in social media hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
