What will your role look like
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

We would like you to bring along
- Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
- Strong knowledge of software development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good-to-have skills
- Experience in social media hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
