Requirements:

• 2- 6 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software

Responsibilities:

• - Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• - Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with the company's values and goals
• - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and negotiating job offers
• - Support the onboarding and integration process for new hires to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the organization
• - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process
