Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
* Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing till joining
* Understand manpower requirements from plant and corporate stakeholders.
* Coordinate with hiring managers for role clarification and candidate evaluation.
Bulk Hiring
* Plan and execute bulk recruitment for plant and operational roles.
* Maintain recruitment timelines to meet urgent manpower requirements.
Plant Hiring
* Handle recruitment for plant-level roles such
* Coordinate closely with plant HR and plant leadership teams.
Lateral Hiring
* Use multiple social platforms.
* Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on job fit.
Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with business heads, plant managers, and HR teams to understand hiring priorities.
* Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
Recruitment Coordination
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth interview processes and candidate experience.
Data Management & Reporting
* Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
* Monitor recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
