Position: Sr. HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Vashi

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days or Less Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Attract top talent through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals,
• etc.)
• Build strong pipelines using creative sourcing strategies

Recruitment Strategy Execution

• Implement and follow effective hiring strategies
• Ensure quality hiring aligned with company goals

Job Structuring

• Create and update job descriptions & specifications
• Conduct job analysis to define roles clearly

Job Posting & Employer Branding

• Post jobs across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, colleges, etc.)
• Participate in job fairs & hiring drives

Screening & Shortlisting

• Screen resumes and applications efficiently
• Use tools and platforms to identify the best-fit candidates

Interview & Selection

• Conduct structured interviews using reliable techniques
• Ensure proper evaluation as per recruitment standards

Candidate Assessment

• Evaluate skills, experience, communication & cultural fit
• Ensure alignment with company expectations

Reporting & Coordination

• Share hiring reports and updates with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Directors & HODs for requirements

Candidate Experience

• Build strong relationships with candidates
• Act as a key point of contact throughout the hiring journey
