*Key Responsibilities*
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing strategies
- Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and fit
- Manage the full hiring cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Work on niche and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing methods
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver within defined TATs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and use ATS tools for pipeline tracking
*What We're Looking For*
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
- Strong command of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach
- Ability to handle multiple mandates and close positions within timelines
