About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing staffing firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to offer closure)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a staffing/consulting firm)
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
- Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
- Familiarity with ATS tools
