This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top talent. Key responsibilities include innovating employer branding initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to streamline hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong expertise in Hiring and Interviewing, with a focus on effective evaluation techniques
• Experience in Employer Branding to attract top talent and enhance organizational reputation
• Solid Recruiting skills, including networking and effectively utilizing recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare talent acquisition is an added advantage
