Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent across roles from field sales and operations to creative and tech. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by hiring mission-driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across verticals
• Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies
• Implement modern recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Instahyre, Indeed Resume Database, Belong, Hirect)
• Manage candidate experience to reflect Hair Originals premium employer brand
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
• Maintain and track key hiring metrics and weekly reporting to leadership

What We're Looking For:

• 24 years of experience in talent acquisition (D2C/e-commerce/startup preferred)
• Strong exposure to sales hiring and blue/grey collar recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Recruitee, etc.)
• Hustler mindset thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (MBA preferred)
