Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Office Timings: 09:45 AM to 06:45 PM

Salary:Upto Rs.35000/-

Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives. This role is heavily focused on talent acquisition (85–90%), while also contributing to core HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing hiring pipelines, achieving recruitment targets, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. In addition, the role involves supporting key HR processes to ensure efficient and effective people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – 85–90%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, references, and other hiring channels.
  • Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and initial assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
  • Manage salary negotiations and release offer letters.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per manpower requirements.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Handle bulk hiring as well as mid-senior level positions.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Basic HR Operations (10–15%)Onboarding & Documentation

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Prepare appointment letters and maintain employee personal files.
  • Collect and verify employee documents.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records.
  • Track employee leaves and share data for payroll processing.

Exit Process

  • Handle resignation documentation and basic exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.

Limited Payroll & Compliance Role

  • Share attendance and salary details with the Accounts team.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance is an added advantage.

Requirements

Education

  • Graduate (10th, 12th & Graduation certificates mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of strong recruitment experience, especially product sales.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment.
  • Strong command over job portals and sourcing techniques.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and basic HR software.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
