Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical Program Manager from an Operations Analyst / MIS / MySQL background to manage data-driven operations in a tech-led, operations-heavy environment. The role requires strong ownership of processes, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to drive operational efficiency through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and optimize day-to-day operations workflows in a tech-enabled environment

● Analyze large datasets using MySQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to generate insights

● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational trackers

● Identify process gaps and drive automation and efficiency improvements

● Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics

● Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams for smooth execution

● Ensure data accuracy, reporting hygiene, and process compliance

Must-Have Skills :

● 2–3 years of experience in Operations Analyst / MIS / Program Management

● Strong working knowledge of MySQL (mandatory)

● Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

● Experience working in a tech-led or data-driven operations environment

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to handle high-volume operational tasks
