Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
NOTE: This is a 6 days, work from office role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Manage job postings on portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Employer branding and campus hiring support (if applicable)
- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance coordination
- Assist in performance management processes
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed
- Exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Recruitment
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Team player with strong coordination skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
