You will own the non-tech hiring engine across Sales, Partnerships, CX, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more ensuring speed, quality, and predictable closures. This role demands accountability, structured thinking, and a strong execution mindset.
What You'll Own
- Run full-cycle hiring across non-tech roles with clear ownership and velocity
- Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing and outbound
- Drive structured interview loops with scorecards and evaluation rigor
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, not a coordinator
- Own offer rollouts, negotiation, candidate experience, and funnel reporting
Who You Are
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Sales / Ownership-led roles where you've driven measurable outcomes, not just activity
- Strong hunting mindset, whether sourcing talent or selling a product, you know how to identify, chase, and convert the right people
- You've navigated tough conversations, handled objections, and closed decisions through influence, data, and confidence
- A persuasive communicator who can negotiate, build trust, and drive alignment with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, structured, data-driven and comfortable running multiple parallel pipelines without dropping the ball
