About Global Nurse Force

Global Nurse Force (GNF) is an international healthcare recruitment organization connecting qualified nurses with employment opportunities across the USA, UK, and other global markets. We operate at scale across multiple geographies and rely heavily on performance-driven digital marketing to fuel our recruitment pipelines.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can own, scale, and optimize paid acquisition across channels while working closely with leadership, CRM, and operations teams.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution, focused on generating high-quality nurse leads at scale across international markets. This is a leadership role requiring strong hands-on expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage people, platforms, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Execution

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly media budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Drive lead generation for nurses across multiple geographies (USA, UK, Middle East, India)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, lead quality, and downstream conversion metrics

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize end-to-end funnel performance: ads landing pages lead forms CRM
  • Work closely with CRM and operations teams to improve lead-to-conversion ratios
  • Analyze drop-offs and quality issues across the funnel and implement corrective actions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own performance dashboards and reporting (weekly, monthly, leadership-level)
  • Track key KPIs: CPL, CAC, lead quality, MQL/SQL ratios, conversion rates, ROAS
  • Use data to drive decisions, experimentation, and budget allocation

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor performance marketers and creative teams
  • Collaborate with design, video, SEO, CRM, and calling teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for performance marketing with senior leadership

Experimentation & Scaling

  • Plan and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
  • Identify new channels, formats, and geographies for scalable growth
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and performance best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
  • Proven experience generating high-volume leads at scale
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and lead quality metrics
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets at scale
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRMs, lead routing, and post-lead workflows
  • Prior experience in recruitment, healthcare, or lead-driven businesses is a strong plus

Good to Have

  • Experience marketing across international markets
  • Experience with automation tools, tracking, and attribution setups
  • Experience managing agencies or internal performance teams
  • Understanding of compliance and ad policy constraints in healthcare recruitment
