About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Retail & Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and bulk hiring requirements while effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and bulk hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and local hiring channels.
• Manage hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and other retail roles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive selections.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Partner with Retail Operations and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage stakeholder communication, hiring updates, and closure timelines.
• Conduct hiring drives and walk-ins as required.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in retail recruitment / bulk hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills.
