Gensler Bangalore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their office to bring top talent into the firm.

What You Will Do:

Your Qualifications

  • High volume agency recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Knowledge of HRIS; Workday preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment
  • Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting
  • This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
