RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting edge technology.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and oncology-related roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring mandates
- Source and hire candidates with experience in prior authorization filing, AR calling, medical billing, revenue cycle management, and pharma coordination
- Build strong pipelines of talent experienced in tools and platforms such as CoverMyMeds and other prior authorization systems
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, turnaround expectations, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct structured screening to assess domain knowledge in healthcare workflows, payer processes, and oncology practice operations
- Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups to ensure smooth closures
- Maintain hiring trackers and ensure SLA-driven recruitment delivery
- Develop talent pools for recurring healthcare operational roles to reduce time-to-fill
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to healthcare, oncology, RCM, or pharma hiring
- Strong understanding of roles such as Prior Authorization Specialists, AR Callers, Medical Billers, RCM Executives, and Pharma Support roles
- Experience hiring for US healthcare processes (preferred)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
