Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has started their journey in recruitment and wants hands-on exposure across the full hiring cycle. You'll work closely with the core team to identify, engage, and hire talent across key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end hiring for roles across marketing, design, and business functions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of sourcing and screening candidates
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
• Interest in startup / D2C ecosystem is a plus
