The Role
You will own recruitment end to end across every function at Fenrir. Tech, product, design, business etc you will be the person who finds exceptional talent before anyone else does. This is a high-ownership role with a direct line to leadership and zero bureaucracy in the way.
What You Will Do
Run full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously.
Partner with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand what great looks like for each role before a single candidate is sourced.
Build proactive talent pipelines so that Fenrir always has strong candidates in conversation, not just when a role opens.
Go beyond LinkedIn and job boards. Use Boolean search, communities, referrals, events, and unconventional channels to find people others miss.
Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer. Every candidate should leave the process impressed, regardless of the outcome.
Contribute to Fenrir's employer brand. Help tell our story externally in a way that makes the right people want to work here.
Track key hiring metrics like time to fill, quality of hire, and funnel conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire.
What We Are Looking For
1 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at a high-growth startup.
Demonstrated ability to hire across multiple functions including technical roles.
Strong sourcing instincts with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and creative outreach strategies.
Someone who takes ownership without being told to. You define the process, not just follow it.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and close candidates.
High comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a startup environment.
Good to Have
Prior experience at a startup or a company that was scaling rapidly.
Exposure to technical or security domain hiring.
Experience building or contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and using data to drive hiring decisions.
