Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding business needs and defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions by maintaining accurate dashboards, metrics, and insights.
- Lead or contribute to talent branding and campus outreach initiatives.
