Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across tech, product, data, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding business needs and defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth.
  • Drive data-driven hiring decisions by maintaining accurate dashboards, metrics, and insights.
  • Lead or contribute to talent branding and campus outreach initiatives.
