Manage end-to-end hiring for our clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Maintain hiring reports and candidate data

What We Need

• Graduate in any field
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Comfortable with hiring targets
