Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
Work on technical and non-technical roles (Embedded, Linux, QA, Automation, etc.)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and generate periodic hiring reports.
Handle candidate communication feedback, follow-up, and offer negotiations.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a product engineering or technology company.
Proven experience in technical hiring (Embedded, Firmware, Linux, etc.) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
