- Drive global hiring, including US-based roles, with a strong understanding of international hiring dynamics, candidate expectations, and market nuances.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for niche, leadership, and hard-to-find roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, particularly for emerging and specialized roles.
- Lead hiring for individual contributor, senior, and leadership positions, working closely with stakeholders across functions.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 35 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles
- Proven experience hiring globally, especially for the US market, with a clear understanding of hiring practices, timelines, and expectations.
- Exposure to Technology, Data Science, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or similar domains is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Experience hiring for senior and leadership roles across functions.
- Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity, fast turnarounds, and owning hiring outcomes independently
