About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and strategic sourcing across multiple domains. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while delivering high-quality talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle lateral hiring across mid to senior-level roles.
- Drive leadership hiring mandates for managerial and strategic positions.
- Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, offer ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Strong expertise in lateral hiring and leadership hiring.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other talent platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in handling niche and critical roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
