About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead regional hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of industry dynamics, niche roles, and functional complexities within ecommerce, logistics, operations, or manufacturing environments. This role requires someone with a strong regional network, linguistic fluency in Kannada, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth ecosystem.
You will partner closely with business leaders, drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while upholding both speed and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles across sales, ecommerce, and operational functions
- Engage in active sourcing, market mapping, and industry networking to identify and attract top talent
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management by aligning closely with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and providing strategic hiring insights
- Negotiate offers effectively while ensuring internal parity and candidate alignment
- Drive the hiring process with ownership, accountability, and timely delivery of mandates
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics for functional reviews
- Ensure compliance with basic HR policies and recruitment standards
- Collaborate with the broader HR and TA teams to contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with mandatory exposure to ecommerce, logistics, operations, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, skill sets, and hiring challenges
- A well-rounded professional network within the region
- Linguistic acumen aligned with Karnataka (Kannada fluency preferred)
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving orientation
- Strong grasp of recruitment processes, HR basics, and hiring best practices
