Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking ahighly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be acore recruitment professionalwith strong experience inIT and technology hiring. This role requires someone who canwork independently, move fast, and deliver resultsin a dynamic and time-sensitive environment. Only candidates withhands-on recruitment experiencewill be considered. ***Candidates who are available to join immediately only need to apply***.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:Independently manage the entire recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple IT and non-IT roles.
  • Aggressive Sourcing:Actively identify and engage top talent using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, define role requirements, and execute hiring plans effectively.
  • Immediate Hiring Drives:Lead fast-track hiring initiatives to meet urgent business requirements.
  • Candidate Management:Ensure a professional and prompt candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
  • Recruitment Reporting:Maintain recruitment dashboards and track metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios.
  • Employer Branding:Support online visibility and brand presence through job postings, social media, and engagement activities.
  • Database & Pipeline:Build a strong internal database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum3 years of core recruitment experience(preferably inIT / technical hiring).
  • Technical Skills:Proficient inATS toolsand sourcing platforms likeLinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Added Advantage:

  • Prior experience ina startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure totech and product-based recruitment.
  • Proven track record inbulk or niche IT hiring.
