Talent Acquisition Specialist - Work From Office
WORKING HOURS: Tuesday to Saturday: 3AM -12PM IST
Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for non-technical, technical and operations-focused roles (e.g., healthcare, finance and accounting, technology, BPO, shared services, frontline and leadership roles).
Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and proactive outreach.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next-stage interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manage timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Support employer branding, talent pooling, and pipeline-building initiatives as needed.
